Request deletion

Use the verified Magnali channel through which you already interact with the service so that we can authenticate the request without collecting unnecessary new information.

• WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA in your existing Magnali business conversation.
• MAGNALI Control: use the support or privacy route already provided to your authorised account.
• Other verified service channel: state that you want Magnali-held personal information deleted and identify the service concerned.

What happens next

Magnali will acknowledge the request through the same verified channel, confirm the scope where necessary, locate the applicable account, message and operational records, and delete or de-identify information that is no longer required. We may ask for limited verification before actioning a request, but will not ask for an account password or one-time code.

Exceptions

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, dispute or audit purposes. If an exception applies, the information is restricted to that purpose and retained only for the necessary period.

Connected accounts

Deleting Magnali-held data does not itself remove information held independently by Google, Meta or WhatsApp. You can also revoke Magnali’s access in your Google Account permissions and manage or delete conversations in WhatsApp using those providers’ controls.
