Privacy Policy

Effective 16 September 2026

Scope

This policy explains how Magnali processes personal information through this website, MAGNALI Control, protected operational services, Google sign-in, and Magnali’s Meta and WhatsApp integrations. Individual protected workspaces may provide additional notices when their processing differs.

Information we process

  • Website data: ordinary security and request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp and security events. This public site does not use advertising trackers.
  • Account and access data: email address, name, profile image, account identifier, authorisation state, session details and access-audit events.
  • Google data: the current access flow uses Google identity information to authenticate and authorise users. If a protected feature requests an additional Google permission, the consent screen describes that permission before access is granted.
  • Meta and WhatsApp data: business-account identifiers, telephone number, profile or display name, message content, attachments you choose to send, message timestamps, and delivery or interaction status.
  • Support and operational data: information you submit through an authorised workspace or an established support channel.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate authorised users, deliver requested communications and operational functions, maintain service security, investigate faults, keep appropriate audit records, respond to support or deletion requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell Google user data, Meta or WhatsApp data, or use it for advertising.

Google API Limited Use

Magnali’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are clearly disclosed to the user. It is not sold, used for personalised advertising, or transferred for advertising, creditworthiness or lending purposes.

Automation and AI-assisted processing

Some authorised workflows may use automation, including AI-assisted processing, to perform a task requested by the user or operator. Access is limited to the relevant workflow and authorised people or service providers. Magnali does not use this information for advertising. Where a protected workflow has materially different processing, it must disclose that processing in context.

Storage, sharing and security

Information is stored only in the systems required to operate the applicable service. Service providers may include Cloudflare for hosting, security and access control; Google for identity and authorised Google services; and Meta for WhatsApp messaging. Information is shared only as required to deliver the service, protect it, comply with law, or with the user’s direction. Magnali uses access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege permissions, logging and operational review appropriate to the information processed.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the service, security, audit and legal purposes for which it was collected. Retention differs by protected workspace. Verified deletion requests are actioned unless information must be retained for security, dispute, legal or regulatory reasons. When deletion is not possible immediately, access is restricted and the reason is recorded.

Your choices

You may revoke Magnali’s Google access from your Google Account permissions, stop a WhatsApp conversation, and request access, correction or deletion through the verified Magnali channel you already use. WhatsApp users may send DELETE MY DATA in the existing Magnali business conversation. See the data-deletion instructions.

Enquiries

Use the verified Magnali service channel through which you already interact with us. Authorised users should use their established support route. This avoids publishing or relying on an unverified personal contact address.
