MAGNALI Control

Terms of Service

Effective 16 September 2026

Service and eligibility

MAGNALI Control is a private operations and automation service for authorised users. Access is granted for a defined operational purpose and may be limited to particular workspaces, roles or information.

Authorised access

You must use only the identity and permissions assigned to you, keep your account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use through your established Magnali support route. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, discover private systems, or use another person’s account.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, extract information outside your permission, misrepresent outputs, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

Account permissions and user responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing permissions presented by Google, Meta or another connected service before granting access. You may revoke connected-account access, but doing so may disable the relevant feature. You remain responsible for decisions made using operational information and automated assistance.

Availability and changes

Magnali may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue a feature to protect security, meet legal requirements or improve the service. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve authorised work and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Information and intellectual property

Magnali retains rights in its software, design, documentation and service materials. Users and their organisations retain rights in information they lawfully provide. Access to information does not transfer ownership or permit use outside the authorised purpose.

Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when authorisation ends, these terms are breached, security is at risk, or the underlying operational engagement ends. Relevant records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service supports operational work and does not replace professional judgement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and Magnali is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Questions about these terms should be raised through the verified Magnali channel through which access or service communication was provided.
